Welcome Home....

To your path. Your woods. You're home.

Bent Creek Preserve, a nature lover’s and outdoor enthusiasts’ paradise, is adjacent to the 6,000 acre Bent Creek Experimental Forest, which is part of the 25,000 acre Pisgah National Forest. The Bent Creek Experimental Forest contains miles of trails for biking, hiking, and horseback riding, all within walking distance of Bent Creek Preserve. This amazing project has been thoughtfully planned out in order to have as little impact as possible on the environment, and therefore, only 26 families will be afforded the opportunity to live within the development. The topography is gentle, and all lots are heavily wooded and over one acre, providing adequate space and privacy for all owners. Perhaps best of all, this serene setting surrounded by National Forest lands is only 2 miles from the restaurants and shopping available on Brevard Road, the NC Arboretum, The Blue Ridge Parkway, and I-26, and only 12 minutes to Downtown Asheville. We hope you will be one of the select few to come and join us!

We invite you to explore the Bent Creek Preserve through this site and contact us with your questions or for more information.
